Information used by the private app
The private app uses the owner’s sign-in identity, uploaded content, draft captions, schedules and time zones, queue records, and publishing results. Connecting a social account also provides account identifiers, granted permissions, and access tokens needed to use the selected publishing features.
These details support preparing content, connecting the intended accounts, scheduling posts, publishing selected content, and showing publishing status. Drafts, uploads, and connection details are stored within the private app’s storage and are not listed on this public service.
Connected platforms
When the owner connects Facebook or Instagram and selects content for publishing, Meta receives that selected content and the information needed to create the post. Other connected publishing platforms, including LinkedIn when connected, receive the content selected for them. Published content is subject to that platform’s visibility settings and policies.
Temporary media links
Images and videos selected for publishing may be made available through a signed link for up to one hour. Anyone who possesses that link can fetch the media until the link expires.
This relay retrieves an authorized media file from the private app and streams it to the requester. It does not maintain its own content database or upload library. The relay is designed to prevent caching, and it does not intentionally record access tokens or signed link values in application logs. Hosting infrastructure may process request and security logs.
Storage and deletion
The owner manages stored information in the private dashboard. Settings → Delete PageBeeper data removes private uploads, drafts, schedules, connections, and publishing history. Disconnecting an account removes that stored connection. No fixed data retention period is promised here.
Deleting data from PageBeeper does not automatically remove content already published to a social platform. The owner can manage those posts on the relevant platform. Read the data deletion instructions.
Questions and control
This app is currently operated for its owner rather than offered as a public account service. The owner manages access and data through the private dashboard.
